Timeline
One working day + one evening
JL Marine Transport is a real client build, shown here with Jim's permission. The season on these screens is fictional sample data, loaded so the product photographs full. The public link lands the day his LLC paperwork completes.
The Problem
Jim spent his Air Force career in logistics, moving what mattered on time. Now he moves boats: new pontoons for dealers, door-to-door hauls for owners, out of North Texas: one truck today, with more trucks, bigger rigs, and different trailers in the plan. What he did not have was any way to be found. No website, no booking link, no card to hand across a counter. Every quote was a phone call, every job lived in a text thread, and every receipt rode home loose in the cab.
He did not need a website. He needed the whole business: a brand that earns trust at a glance, a site that quotes and books by itself, and an office that fits in the cab. Agentify AI shipped all of it in one working day plus one evening.
The Solution
Two halves of one box: a front of house that wins the job and a back of house that runs it. Zero subscriptions anywhere in the stack.
A tow-hook J monogram crowned with a Texas star, a hull line beneath it. It carries a five-page mobile-first site, three Facebook flyers with a posting playbook, and business cards whose QR code lands on the estimator.
Uber-style instant pricing: Google geocoding and real road-mile routing return one honest range in seconds. The pricing math stays server-side, so customers never see the recipe. Live Cal.com booking and lead capture send every job straight to Jim's phone.
Phone-first, behind a branded login: a jobs board every website quote feeds automatically, a pre-flight checklist that ends in chain-of-custody signatures, receipts read by AI, month rollups, a QuickBooks-ready CSV, and a guided tour.
“Type a pickup and a drop: the price is honest in ten seconds. Three signatures on the glass: the boat is sealed from yard to driveway. Photograph the receipt: the books keep themselves.”
Business in a Box, the promise
Inside the Product
Front of house, back of house, and the brand that wraps them: captured from the build as it ships.
The Front of House · Five pages, mobile first
Your boat, delivered like a mission: the site leads with the promise and puts Instant Estimate one tap away.
The Brand · A tow-hook J, a Texas star, a hull line
One monogram carries the whole identity: navy off the night water, orange off the sunset, cream off the hull.
The Estimator · Route to price in seconds
Rowlett to Lake Murray: geocoded, routed on real road miles, priced as one honest range. Jim confirms every quote before dispatch.
The Office · Phone first, drivers only
Behind a branded login, every website quote lands on the jobs board by itself: Quoted, Booked, Rolling, Delivered, Paid.
Custody and the Books · Three signatures, one rollup
The releasing party, Jim, and the receiver each sign on the glass; the Money tab rolls up miles, deduction, collected, and spent.
The Launch Kit · Three flyers, one playbook
Facebook creative ready to post the day the LLC lands, with a playbook for what goes up when.
The Character · Actual driver, artist's rendition
The brand can grin: an illustrated Jim for social, drawn in the brand's own palette.
The AI Moment
Every haul ends with a pocket of paper: fuel at the pump, a hotel, a burger on the road. In The Office, Jim photographs each one and Claude vision reads it: vendor, amount, date, category, filed to the job it belongs to. The month rolls itself up into miles, IRS deduction, collected, spent, and net, with a QuickBooks-ready CSV waiting for tax time. That read is the only metered cost in the whole stack.

The Outcomes
10
Seconds, Route to Price
A customer types a pickup and a drop and sees one honest range before a competitor has picked up the phone.
3
Signatures, Every Haul
The releasing party signs the boat over, Jim signs possession, and the receiver signs it home. Chain of custody, sealed on the glass.
0
Subscriptions in the Stack
No monthly software bills anywhere. The only metered cost is the AI reading a receipt, a fraction of a cent.
One working day, one evening. A whole business in a box, shaped for the fleet he is building toward.
We will walk through the JL Marine build live, then map the same box onto your business: the brand, the site that quotes and books by itself, and the office in your pocket.
