Calls go unanswered. Leads go cold. The front desk is overwhelmed, and the owner doesn't even know it's happening. George Hawkins spent 25 years making sure that never happened.
George grew up in the Marine Corps, moving base to base across Arizona, California, Hawaii, and Alaska. Fourteen schools before graduating high school. That teaches you two things early: how to read any room, and how to build something meaningful when the ground keeps shifting.
He found his foundation at Oklahoma State University, earning a B.S. in Multimedia with top honors. Then he chased the thing that excited him most: building for the web when the web was still the Wild West.
The Macromedia era. Flash. Director. Motion graphics. He cut his teeth at agencies in Tulsa working with Abbott Pharmaceutical, Domino's, ConAgra, and Bushnell before the industry even had a name for what he was doing. Today it's called UX/UI and Experience Design.
By 2004, he was in Irvine, California, leading a nationwide campaign across 4,000 dealerships for Kelley Blue Book.
Built from Scratch
In 2007, George moved back to Oklahoma and started Race Ready Wraps, designing 3D vehicle wraps and environmental graphics. Top fuel dragsters. Monster trucks. Work that appeared on Extreme Makeover: Home Edition. He built it from nothing, grew it, sold it, and headed back to California.
That entrepreneurial DNA shapes how he leads today. When George talks to a business owner about building something from scratch, he's not guessing. He's done it. And he's built a team that carries that same intensity into every client engagement.
The Fortune 50 and 500 Years
From 2009 to 2018, George rose from Interactive Art Director to Executive Creative Director at Perficient, leading experience design for enterprise clients across Orange County and Los Angeles. He then joined TRAFFIK, a global advertising agency, advancing again to Executive Creative Director.
Across 25 years of agency, enterprise, and consulting work, George has led projects for some of the most recognized brands in the world.

Global Leadership
In 2018, Wipro recruited George as Global Creative Director. He led 150+ designers across six countries and conducted user research in nine countries, interviewing over 300 people.
He designed the official Disneyland Centerstage app, built content platforms for 20th Century Fox and Paramount, and redesigned patient experiences for four major health systems.
Certifications & Training
After 25 years between the Midwest and California, George chose Texas. International airports. A strong business community. A place to plant roots and build something permanent.
Because after building billion-dollar solutions for the biggest companies in the world, he kept seeing the same thing everywhere. The dental practice where the front desk forgets to follow up. The optometrist who doesn't know three callers hung up yesterday. The auto shop that loses a $500 brake job because nobody returned a voicemail.
These businesses have the same problems as FedEx and PNC Bank. The difference: enterprise companies spend millions on call deflection systems designed to reduce cost, not improve experience. AI changes that equation. Instead of deflecting calls, it answers them. Instead of routing people away, it resolves their needs. George saw that small businesses could skip the broken playbook and go straight to the solution. He assembled a team that shared that conviction. Together, that became Agentify AI.
