Checking revenue in one tab, pipeline in another, bookings in a third, and forms in a fourth, every single morning, is thirty minutes of piecing together yesterday before the day can start. Intelligence exists to make that ritual take thirty seconds.
This is part eleven of our series on the AI work we have shipped this year. Intelligence is the analytics layer Agentify AI runs on its own numbers, and this post is current: the newest section, live website analytics, shipped this month.
The Work
Intelligence is a single command dashboard fed by automatic syncs: revenue and MRR from payments, pipeline from the CRM, bookings from the calendar, form submissions from the intake tools. It reviews itself twice a day and emails the summary every morning.
The Intelligence case study shows the dashboard, and this series itself is being measured by the newest tab.
What We Built
1. The sync
Every connected source, revenue, CRM, calendar, and intake forms, pulled automatically on a schedule into one daily snapshot. No copying, no spreadsheet, no login tour.
2. The anomaly alerts
Revenue drops, pipeline stalls, and booking spikes are detected and flagged without being asked. The dashboard's job is to notice before you do.
3. The daily email
A formatted summary lands in the inbox every morning. The business reports to you, not the other way around.
4. Website analytics, the new tab
As of this month, Intelligence also watches the website: visitors, page views, traffic sources, and a conversion funnel from first visit to booked call, collected by our own on-site collector with no third-party analytics tool involved.
What Worked
The measure of a reporting system is whether it gets read. Intelligence optimized for the two places reading actually happens: a glance at one dashboard, and an email over coffee.
data sources synced into one daily snapshot
morning review that used to take thirty minutes
daily automatic syncs, plus a 7 AM email report
The new website tab closes the last gap: the same dashboard that knows what revenue did yesterday now knows which pages earned the visits that became the leads.
What It Means for Data-Driven Small Business
Business intelligence used to be an enterprise purchase: warehouses, analysts, licenses. The modern version is a lean sync layer over the tools a small business already uses, plus an AI eye for anomalies.
The principle that matters is push over pull: reports that arrive beat dashboards that wait, because the arriving report gets read on the bad days too.
What this means for you: if knowing what happened yesterday takes more than a minute, you will eventually stop checking, and the expensive surprises live in exactly that gap.
Where the AI Does the Lifting
AI watches the numbers so the owner does not have to stare at them: anomaly detection flags the drops and spikes worth a human's attention, and the assembled briefing reads like a colleague's summary rather than a data dump.
The four-tab morning
- - Revenue, pipeline, bookings, forms: four logins
- - The owner is the integration layer
- - Anomalies found when they hurt
- - Checking stops on busy weeks
The command dashboard
- - One view, synced automatically
- - The snapshot is the integration layer
- - Anomalies flagged the morning they appear
- - The email arrives whether you are busy or not
What It Does for the Business
For a business, Intelligence is the difference between owning data and being informed by it: the same numbers, minus the ritual that kept them unread.
For Agentify AI, it is the layer that keeps the rest of the fleet honest, including this blog series, whose readers, clicks, and booked calls it is measuring right now.
Final Takeaway: Reports Should Arrive
The best analytics system is the one that gets read on the worst morning. That is why Intelligence syncs itself, emails itself, and flags its own anomalies instead of waiting to be visited.
Start with one snapshot a day of the numbers you actually act on. Add sources only when they change a decision.
Thirty seconds to know the business. The other twenty-nine minutes go back to running it.
