New Agent Controls, Better Logging, Cleaner Workflows

Three improvements that give you more visibility and control over your AI agents.

This month we shipped three updates to the Agentify AI platform that all point in the same direction: giving you more control, more visibility, and less complexity. Here is what changed and what it means for your business.

Every improvement below came directly from conversations with business owners using Agentify AI every day. The feedback was consistent: "I want to trust my AI agents, but I need to see what they're doing and set clear boundaries." Fair enough. That is exactly what these updates deliver.

1. Granular Agent Controls

Topic Boundaries

Define exactly what your agent can and cannot discuss. If a caller asks about something outside your services, the agent stays on track instead of improvising.

Escalation Triggers

Set specific conditions that route a conversation to a human. Complaints, pricing negotiations, legal questions - you decide what gets handed off and when.

Business Hours Behavior

Configure how your agent behaves during business hours versus after hours. Different greetings, different routing rules, different follow-up actions.

What this means for you: Your AI agent works within the boundaries you set. It handles what you want it to handle and hands off everything else. No surprises, no off-script moments. You stay in control while the agent handles the volume.

These controls are available now in your Agentify AI dashboard under Agent Settings. You can adjust them anytime without redeploying or contacting support.

2. Full Interaction Logging

Before this update, you could see that a call happened and whether it ended in a booking. Now you can see everything in between.

Every agent interaction is logged with full context: what the caller asked, how the agent responded, what actions were taken, and the final outcome. Every log entry is searchable, filterable by date or outcome, and exportable to CSV if you need it for reporting.

No More Black Boxes

See the full conversation flow, the decisions your agent made, and why. If something went wrong, you can trace the exact moment and fix it.

What this means for you: You can audit any interaction in under a minute. When a client says "your AI told me X," you can pull up the transcript and see exactly what was said. That kind of visibility builds trust with your team and your customers.

Logs are retained for 90 days by default. If you need longer retention, reach out and we will set that up.

3. Simplified Workflow Builder

The workflow builder got a complete overhaul. The old version worked, but it required too many clicks and too much guesswork to set up a basic automation sequence. The new version is built around three actions: drag, connect, and test.

Drag and Connect

Pick a trigger (new lead, missed call, form submission), connect it to an action (send email, create task, update CRM), and you are done. No code, no configuration files, no waiting for support.

Test Before You Deploy

Every workflow can be tested with sample data before going live. See exactly what would happen without affecting real leads or customers.

What this means for you: You can set up and modify your own automation sequences without calling us or waiting for a developer. Need to add a step to your follow-up sequence? Open the builder, drag in the new step, test it, and deploy. Takes about two minutes.

We have also added 12 pre-built workflow templates for common scenarios like lead follow-up, appointment reminders, and post-visit check-ins. Pick a template, customize the details, and you are live.
